9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applacadabra and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, service availability, or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, apps.applacadabra.com, Applacadabra, the service, data, API, endpoints, dashboards, tools, integrations, or related materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applacadabra’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to apps.applacadabra.com, Applacadabra, or related services will not exceed the amount you paid to Applacadabra for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Applacadabra, apps.applacadabra.com, and related branding, software, service materials, text, layouts, interfaces, APIs, dashboards, tools, integrations, and systems are owned by or licensed to Applacadabra, except for third-party marks, names, services, and publicly sourced data that remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party names, marks, data sources, or services are for factual identification only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.
11. Privacy
Your use of apps.applacadabra.com and related Applacadabra services is also subject to the applicable Applacadabra Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
Applacadabra may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to apps.applacadabra.com, accounts, endpoints, APIs, dashboards, tools, integrations, or related features if Applacadabra reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risk, exceeded intended use, attempted to bypass access controls, failed to comply with billing obligations, or used the service unlawfully or irresponsibly.
